Fortune Oil Delegation Visited Frontline Staff of West Zhuhai and CNAF SSTC

On 11 and 12 July 2024, entrusted by Fortune Oil Limited ("Fortune Oil") Chairman Mr. Daniel Tatjung CHIU and CEO Mme. Li Ching, Mr. Ye Qing, Fortune Oil Director of International Trade led a Fortune Oil delegation to visit Zhuhai Special Economic Zone South China Petroleum Company Limited (“West Zhuhai”) and China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (“CNAF”) Southern Storage and Transportation Company Limited (“SSTC”), conveying the care and greetings for Fortune Oil shareholder to the frontline staff working on their posts in the hot summer, expressing strong support to the operation and development of the joint venture and deep gratitude to the management team and all staff for their hard work.
During the two-day visit, Mr. Ye and his delegation sent summer-heat relief products to employees and had cordial conversations with management team and front-line staff at each site.
Mr. Ye reviewed West Zhuhai's more than 20 years of development history, and highly recognized and appreciated the achievements of West Zhuhai, especially the positive changes recently happened in many aspects such as enterprise operation management and employee morale under the leadership of the new management team. During the conversation, Mr. Ye specially emphasized the challenges faced by West Zhuhai in equipment maintenance and reminded the management team of the great responsibility of safety production. Mr. Ye said that Fortune Oil would, by working with all shareholders, make every effort to contribute to the future development of West Zhuhai.
On behalf of all employees, Mr. Li Shumin, General Manager of West Zhuhai, thanked the sincere greetings and care of Fortune Oil shareholder in hot summer days, and said that all employees will devote themselves to work with more enthusiasm, and work together to accelerate the completion of the work target in the second half of the year.
Mr. Ye highly praised the excellent team of SSTC for their unremitting efforts to overcome numerous difficulties, and push the project all the way forward towards the established goals since the beginning of the project construction. Mr. Ye hoped that SSTC would strive for the early completion and operation of the project and at the same time strengthen safety management and quality control, ensure project safety and personnel health; build first-class team and first-class service, and deliver results that would satisfy all shareholders.
Mr. Zheng Changman, General Manager of SSTC, expressed deep gratitude to Leaders of Fortune Oil Group for their care and encouragement, and said that all SSTC employees would stick to their posts, devote themselves to work with full enthusiasm, ensure the safety and health of employees, strive for the project’s early completion and operation, and create greater value for shareholders and society.
