Fortune Oil Limited ("Fortune Oil") Chief Executive Officer Mme. Li Ching Led a Delegation to Attend China Gas Holdings Limited (“CGH”) 2025 Caring Tour to Its Eight Major Regions and FY 2024 Jin Peng Prize Award Ceremony

From 8 to 15 July 2025, Fortune Oil Chief Executive Officer Mme. Li Ching, in her capacity as the Executive Director of CGH and Chairman of China Gas Charity Foundation, led a delegation consisting of several leaders from China Gas Charity Foundation and China Gas Employee Care Committee, in the continuous high temperature of over 35 degrees Celsius, rushed to CGH’s eight major regions in succession to participate in CGH 2025 Caring Tour and FY 2024 Jin Peng Prize Award Ceremony. During an 8-day visit, the delegation traveled through 12 cities, covering a total distance of 6,800 kilometers. Every part of the journey was filled with profound care and blessings for the members of China Gas family, and every handshake was imbued with sincere respect and genuine encouragement for the colleagues who have strived side by side, which left touching and warm memories in every city where China Gas operates.

At each award ceremony, Chairman Li and the leaders of China Gas delegation took turns to step onto the stage, solemnly presenting trophies and certificates of honor to the advanced collectives and individuals who had won FY 2024 Jin Peng Prize Award, which not only served as a lofty tribute to their outstanding contributions in the past, but also a powerful call to inspire all China Gas employees to continue writing glorious chapters in the future.

After each award ceremony and discussion session, Chairman Li and the leaders of the delegation, braving the sweltering heat, went to the frontlines to visit the cadres and employees who were sticking to their posts. They repeatedly urged everyone to take good care of their health while fully devoting themselves to work, strictly implement heat prevention and cooling measures, arrange working hours reasonably, and always put physical health and life safety first. This deep affection and sincere care made the frontline employees truly feel the concern and warmth from China Gas Group.

Chairman Li affectionately expressed that China Gas Charity Foundation and China Gas Employee Care Committee, as the strong backing of all China Gas family members, would always spare no effort to help employees resolve difficulties and convey warmth. Over the past year, despite severe challenges in the industry, China Gas was still able to achieve steady growth, which embodied the sweat, wisdom and hard work of every China Gas employee. Currently, AI is profoundly reshaping the energy industry, and the Group is accelerating its transformation into a large-scale technology group. Through AI innovation, organizational reform and digital transformation, it is building a broader development platform for employees. During this visit to the eight regions, although each region has distinct development characteristics, there is a touching common trait among them, i.e. the vigorous fighting spirit and indomitable tenacity displayed by all China Gas employees. China Gas Charity Foundation will continue to support the growth of employees, work together to promote the Group's strategic transformation, and jointly write a new chapter of “New China Gas”.

The Caring Tour & FY 2024 Jin Peng Prize Award Ceremony not only conveyed the strategic development direction of China Gas Group, but also highlighted and deepened the Group's cultural core of "people oriented" and the core concept of "employee care". It is bound to further promote the in-depth integration of corporate culture and production operations, injecting a strong core driving force into the transformation, reform and high-quality development of FY 2025.
