Senior Management Delegation of Fortune Oil Limited （Fortune Oil ）Paid a Visit to Leaders of China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation (CNAF Group)

On 1 September 2025, a senior management delegation led by Fortune Oil Chairman Mr. Daniel Tatjung CHIU, paid a visit to CNAF Group Party Secretary & Chairman Mr. Shen Zhaojun and other related CNAF Group leaders. Both parties reviewed their over-20-year cooperative partnership and conducted in-depth exchanges on further strengthening, deepening and expanding future cooperation.

Chairman Tatjung CHIU affectionately reviewed the unforgettable development journey of Fortune Oil and CNAF jointly founding and operating the Sino-foreign joint venture - South China Bluesky Aviation Oil Company Limited (“Bluesky”) amid the grand tide of China's reform and opening up 28 years ago. He expressed full confidence in Bluesky's promising yet demanding new journey of continuing its glory in the next 25 years after the expiration of the first 25-year cooperation period. Chairman CHIU sincerely thanked CNAF Group for its long-term trust and support for Fortune Oil. The delegation of Fortune Oil also reported to CNAF Group leaders on the sincere cooperation and close collaboration demonstrated by both parties in the process of jointly operating another new joint venture –China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (“CNAF”) Southern Storage and Transportation Company Limited (“SSTC”), the phased progress achieved in project construction, operation management and market development, as well as the future development plan of the new joint venture. Chairman  CHIU emphasized that CNAF is an important partner of Fortune Oil, and Fortune Oil will, as always, give full play to its own advantages, further strengthen pragmatic cooperation with CNAF, actively explore more cooperation possibilities, and make due contributions to the high-quality and sustainable development of China's aviation fuel industry.

Chairman Shen Zhaojun extended a warm welcome to Chairman Tatjung CHIU and his delegation, and affirmed the contributions Fortune Oil has made to the operation and development of CNAF over the years. Chairman Shen Zhaojun pointed out that currently, CNAF is focusing on the primary task of high-quality development, and making efforts to advance and develop new-quality productive forces represented by Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Fortune Oil has got rich experience in investment and operation in the energy field, it’s hoped that both parties will move forward hand in hand, give full play to their respective advantages, explore new cooperation directions in green and low-carbon development, asset operation and resource connection, innovate cooperation models, and better achieve mutual benefit and win-win development.

Participants of the meeting included Fortune Oil Chief Executive Officer Mme. Li Ching, Project Management Director Mr. Gao Yimin, Investment and Development Director Mr. Gong Min, and Deputy General Manager of Bluesky assigned by Fortune Oil Mr. Zhang Haiqun.
